Works well. Quality seems good.

Great quality fast delivery

I realized the dewalt 20 volt lithium ion xr stack battery does not work with your converter. The 20 volt lithium ion battery does work so I emailed you on this issue and you were going to buy the stack battery and do some testing on your converter to see why the stack battery does not work. You thanked me for the information but I still cannot use the stack battery to this converter.

Hello Michael,

We are still testing the DeWalt POWERSTACK batteries, but this takes time as we need to check compatibility across our entire range of adapters. Unfortunately, there isn't much we can do in the meantime. With over 800 DeWalt products across the 18V XR and 20V MAX lineups, plus over 100 Hercules tools alone, it's simply not realistic to guarantee 100% compatibility with every battery and tool combination. We appreciate your patience and feedback.

Thanks!

Good quality and works as intended. thanks.

Amazing! Super nice fit and finish and brought my beloved Dyson right back from the dead! Love it!

Ex service and product

Great product and the customer service was great. I initially received the incorrect adapter and was resolved quickly and efficiently. The response time by the team was quick and replacement for the correct adapter can't in no time. Thank you

Doesn’t work

We're always happy to help, but we need to be made aware of an issue before we can take action.

It worked great

Good product. Made well and works good.

This adapter was exactly what I needed. Puts to use my supply of batteries

Adapter was exactly what I was looking for. Worked out perfectly!

It works perfectly , thank you .

The adapter works great. Doesn’t ad a lot of weight or size to machine.

Connects securely to both the Dewalt Battery and Craftsman Tool. Craftsman tools run just like they are connected to a Craftsman Battery.

all works as stated happy

The tool works as it should, and the adapter takes care of business. I now have 5 adapters for various tools, 4 of which I picked up through Power Tools.
