We want you to be confident in your purchase. This page explains how returns and refunds work at PowerToolsAdapters.com.

- Return window: Returns are accepted for any reason within 14 days of receiving your package.
- Return shipping: By default, customers pay for the return label.
- After 14 days: Returns are not accepted.
- Where to send returns: Returns must be sent to our US, Canadian, or Australian warehouse (we’ll direct you to the closest one).
- Unauthorized return-to-sender or undeliverable packages: May be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Defective or damaged items: We’ll ask for proof and, at our discretion, will repair or replace the item.

Return Eligibility & Window
We accept returns for any reason within 14 days of the date you receive your package. After 14 days have passed, we’re unable to accept a return.
Where to Send Your Return
Important: All returns must be shipped to one of our designated return locations. We will provide the correct warehouse address during the return process:
- United States warehouse
- Canada warehouse
- Australia warehouse
We will direct you to the closest eligible warehouse for your situation.
Return Shipping & Labels
- Customer-provided label (default): We do not provide a prepaid return label by default. You are responsible for purchasing and sending the return using your preferred carrier.
- Low-cost label from us (optional): If you’d like us to provide a return label, we can offer one at a very low cost. We’ll send you an invoice; once paid, we’ll issue the label.
- Free label (case-by-case): We may provide a free return label at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.
Undeliverable Packages & Unauthorized Return-to-Sender Shipments
If a package is returned to sender without prior authorization from PowerToolsAdapters.com, a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
A 20% restocking fee may also apply if a package is returned because delivery could not be completed for reasons outside of our control, including but not limited to:
- incorrect or incomplete shipping address,
- carrier unable to access the delivery location,
- business closed during delivery attempts,
- customer unavailable to coordinate delivery with the carrier,
- refused delivery,
- failure to collect the package from a pickup location,
- or failure to respond to carrier contact attempts.
Original shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, and carrier-related fees are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item is defective or arrived damaged, please contact us. We may request photos or a short video as proof. At our discretion, we will either repair or replace the item.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@powertoolsadapters.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and provide the correct return warehouse address (US, Canada, or Australia).

Choose your return label option:
- Use your own carrier/label; or
- Request our low-cost label (we’ll invoice you first, then provide the label upon payment).
- Ship the item and keep your tracking number for your records.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Applicable restocking fees and non-refundable shipping-related costs may be deducted from the final refund amount.
